This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is located on Wilson Lake the southern most lake of the Phillips chain also called the Wilson Flowage.  The chain consists of 4 lakes and approx. 1200 acres of water that stretches into down town Phillips.

     The house rests on just over an acre of land at the end of a dead end road reasonably secluded from neighbors but still only 10 minutes from Phillips.

     The abundance of tree cover around the lake makes this a desirable body of water for water sports of all kinds due to the calm water even on windy days. This makes for a relaxing tour of the lakes on the 6  person pontoon boat that is available for your leisure time. (pontoon boat is an additional charge see price guide) This same tree cover makes for abundant wild life all around the area with almost daily sightings of deer right in the back yard.

     The house itself has 3 bedrooms.  The master bedroom has 2 queen size beds with a full bathroom adjoining it.  One smaller bedroom with bunks.  And a third bedroom with a queen size bed.  All beds are brand new and are high quality.

     The living room is very cozy with a fireplace and a mostly glass wall overlooking the lake.  The dining and kitchen areas flow together with the living room to make a very spacious area to relax or to gather together for the evening meal.

     The recreation room has 2 futons for an additional sleeping area and a 52" big screen TV with a DVD VCR player. The TV has front hookups for a video game if you care to bring one.  Also in this room is an electronic dart board and a hand full of board games for those quiet evenings.
